2010 Summer and Fall Ceramic Art Activities

Booth Display
Whew, this past winter was tough. I thought I’d get to the shop to do some experimenting, but, well I spent my time keeping the house warm (we heat with wood) and plowing the drive. I have spent the spring sprucing up around the house - and planting a small garden (the deer just drive me nuts). Last weekend Marty, my wife, and I took some classes at the Jacksonville Center on Container Gardening and Native, Sustainable Gardening. Both were fun (and we have two great containers on our deck). Today I have just returned to Floyd from a Potter’s Council weekend workshop on “Handbuilding” in Atlanta. The workshops were great - and they really given me the bug to get back down to the shop and get my hands in some clay. I do have some upcoming shows this summer and a few classes.
Below is my show list – and I’ll update this as I firm up other activities. I hope that you will look over the dates and come out to see me if I happen to be in your area.
